Late
In the event that you may be LATE to your scheduled appointment, please contact us to notify us, there is a 10 minutes grace period, with the exclusion of all service 15 mins or less . There will be a 5 min grace for those slots. You run the risk of losing appointment slots, and will need to reschedule your appointment, if anytime thereafter; this is solely at the barbers desecration and availability the day off.

Cancellations
In the event that you need to Cancel your appointment, please contact us to cancel . A 4 hour notice is required; if not, you run the risk of paying 100% of service you booked. Therefore, it is imperative to maintain punctuality and fairness to each client by keeping an open line of communication and consideration of ones time.

No Show
In the event that you NO SHOW, you will be subjected to a 100 % penalty of whatever service you booked. Fees will have to be paid in order to book any future appointments.
